Echo Fluens (the “App”) is operated by TriAxis Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Echo Fluens Android app distributed via Google Play.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

  • Account information: email address for sign-in and sync.
  • User content: messages, plans, notes, mood entries, and AI insights.
  • Recipients: details you enter for message delivery.
  • Purchases: subscription status via Google Play Billing.
  • Technical data: device info used for reliability and security.

3. Contact Selection (System Picker)

Echo Fluens uses the Android system contact picker when you choose a recipient. The Google Play version of Echo Fluens does not request or require android.permission.READ_CONTACTS.

  • We do not upload or store your full address book.
  • We only process the contact details you explicitly choose to prefill recipient fields.
  • You can always enter recipient details manually.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information to:

  • Provide core app functionality (plans, notes, messages, delivery).
  • Provide optional AI-based insights (e.g., “Soul Insight”).
  • Authenticate accounts and synchronize data.
  • Process subscriptions through Google Play.
  • Maintain security and improve app stability.

Note: Echo Fluens does not provide medical advice. AI-generated output is for personal reflection only.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with essential providers:

  • Supabase: For authentication and secure storage.
  • Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases.
  • AI Service Providers (OpenAI): Only for text/mood inputs when you request AI insights.
  • Messaging Providers: For delivering messages you initiate.
  • Analytics Providers: For monitoring stability and performance.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data:

  • In-app: Use the “Delete Account” option in Settings.
  • Email: Contact echofluens@triaxis.uk with the subject “Delete my Echo Fluens account”.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Depending on your location, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at echofluens@triaxis.uk.

9. Children’s privacy: Echo Fluens is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes: We may update this policy. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
